I have to tell you about a great package that a Badger mom put together for her son this week. My job is just to put the mom's love on a cookie.
The Badger student is majoring in Math research. That is impressive in itself. Not even sure what that means. I feel like we have all the numbers we're going to get, but my hat is off to you! She was looking for number shaped cookies and something UW to send to her son before his exams. We came up with a few messages on heart shaped cookies to focus on a little love from home and also pass on some encouragement for his upcoming exams.
Fast forward to delivery day. The cookies were delivered in a repurposed Amazon box! The surprise on his face when he opened his box (not knowing what was inside) and the later message from his mom that he stopped for milk on his way back to his room made my day!
I hope the video of this Badger opening his surprise captured the moment appropriately.
So glad to maybe ease a little exam day stress and deliver sweetness and a smile. Best job ever!
